About Us

Zhen Yu International was established in 2014 by our founder, Stephanie Zheng, whose family had a significant presence in the scrap metal recycling business in China, a listed company in Hong Kong with extensive import/export operations and yards across Europe, the US, and Japan. Through her industry connections, Stephanie formed relationships with several French wine owners. Her company became a major wine consumer, with Stephanie overseeing the importation, making her company one of the largest consumer.

Throughout her tenure in China and Singapore, Stephanie had the privilege of meeting the proprietors of these esteemed chateaus of:

Château la Rose Pourret
Château Guiteronde
Château de Crémat

Her appreciation for their wines led to an exclusive partnership, allowing ZhenYu International the opportunity to co- own and distribute these exquisite wines in Asia.

Stephanie decided to embark on a mission, together with her co-founders and partners, to introduce these carefully selected organic wines to Asia.

Her aim is to share the unique flavors and rich heritage of the wines with enthusiasts and friends, thereby enriching the wine culture in Asia with these premium selections from France.

Farming Process in La Rose Pourret

Château La Rose Pourret is ideally located in Saint-Emilion, a few hundred meters from the bell tower of the medieval city perched at the top of a magnificent amphitheater of vines and listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Château La Rose Pourret is a wine estate located on the northwest plateau of the Saint Emilion village. Its vineyard extends over an exceptional terroir which characterizes the great wines of the Saint Emilion Grand Cru appellation. Managed according to the specifications of the Organic Agriculture (certified since 2021), the vineyard is composed of 85% of Merlot and 15% of Cabernet Franc over more than 9 hectares of vines. The terroir is homogeneous throughout the property, made up of sand and deep clay.

The result of a desire for technical and aesthetic modernity, a more functional stainless steel truncated vat room recently came to complement its concrete predecessor. We can thus vinify each plot separately in order to extract its typicity and produce wines that are ever representative of their terroir.

The ageing of Château La Rose Pourret wine is carried out for 80% in barrels and 20% in vats or amphoras. Our objective is to produce an elegant and charming wine that is meant to be aged in the cellar but which also can be enjoyed straight from the bottle during its youth.

Château Guiteronde

The soil in this chateau is exceptional and the estate which currently consists of an area of about eight hectares, including five hectares of vineyards, is surrounded with the crus classés of Caillou, Myrat and Climens. The other sections of the property consist of a park and wooded areas.

Château Guiteronde is a wine estate located at the gates of Bordeaux, between Léognan and Cadaujac.

The vineyard is managed according to the specifications of the Organic Agriculture (certified since 2018) and comprises 13 hectares of vines producing a Superior Bordeaux red wine, a Bordeaux white wine, and a Bordeaux rosé wine.

Its vineyard extends over a clayey-sandy terroir, which gives it its unique specificity.

The Domaine de Guiteronde, an extension of Château Guiteronde, is distinguished by its vineyards located in the prestigious Pessac-Léognan appellation.

Its vineyard extends over an exceptional terroir that characterizes the great wines of the Pessac-Léognan appellation.

Managed according to the specifications of the Organic Agriculture (certified since 2019), the vineyard is composed of 40% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Franc, 10% Petit Verdot, and 10% Sauvignon over 10 hectares of vines.

The terroir is homogeneous throughout the property, mainly composed of gravels with a subsoil vein of clay and alios.

Our objective is to produce an elegant and charming wine that is meant to be aged in the cellar but which also can be enjoyed straight from the bottle during its youth.
