All the wines produced at Château Guiteronde are in
conversion to organic farming. The vineyard is developed
on a terroir of clay and sandy formation.

The vinification of Guiteronde white is traditional.
Particular care is given to the cold maceration of our
grapes, to get the best possible aromatic expression we
want. The vinification temperature never exceeds 18°.
Guiteronde white is a 100% Sauvignon Blanc harvested in
the early morning and vinified in stainless steel tanks.

A tasting full of freshness with a slight tension
accompanied by citrus notes.
